MAPC's Trade Show Booth

MAPC participates in several Maine trade shows every year. Members of the organization staff the booth and inform attendees about the resources that MAPC provides and also educate potential members.

Recently (September, 2005) we purchased a more professional booth display. Harry Hopcroft and Nicole French designed the graphics and arranged for the updated look. They also arranged for a presentation from the Nimlok folks that provided us with the display. Several MAPC members attended this presentation and learned a lot about how to make the most out of a trade show event.

Notice how the booth emphasizes the expertise we offer and not our name. People come into the booth to find out what we do and that gives us the opportunity to educate them on the benefits of using MAPC as a resource.
